Operations Manual: Rescheduling or Changing Booking Times

1.Select the Service Branch

  • Begin by selecting the specific Store or Branch where the service will be provided to access the correct branch dashboard.

2. Access the Home Screen and Select a Booking

  • Navigate to the “Home” menu. Locate the specific booking slot on the schedule grid that needs adjustment, then “long-press” on that item to initiate the rescheduling process.

3. Select the Service to Manage

  • The system will display the services booked within that specific time block. Click to select the Service you wish to modify.

4. Enter Edit Mode

  • On the booking summary page, click the “Edit” button to access the settings for the new date and time.

5. Select the Customer for Modification

  • Verify the customer information for accuracy, then click on the Customer Name for whom you wish to adjust the schedule.

6. Specify the New Date and Time

  • Click to select the new Date and Time requested by the customer. After confirming that the new slot is available, click save to finalize the process.
